Annie Myers, LICSW
Congratulations for making it to this point in your healing journey so far. It takes tremendous courage to look outside yourself for support. I am here to reinforce the idea that “we need people” and we can’t do it all ourselves. With that said, it is a great honor of mine to support clients in finding their inner wisdom as a sort of homecoming - a place of safety within themselves. You have the answers and I am here to help you trust in that and feel capable.
I have a specific passion and expertise in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis in Aging. Aging is a lifelong process that everyone is actively navigating. I commonly work with adults 18+ on issues of grief, life transitions, chronic conditions, self-esteem, identity, purpose/meaning, work burnout and retirement.
My background includes 13+ years working in affordable housing and hospital based Intensive Outpatient Program settings, both of which have shaped my ability to support symptom stabilization and client centered care.
In working together, you will feel like a human first. I am known to be a steady presence, compassionately curious and transparent in my thought process. My goal is to help you find many different types of “therapies” in your everyday life. Healing is so much more than the support you seek here. And I am here to support your journey in self-expansion.
Annie is currently accepting new in person and tele-health clients through insurance at this time.
Annie is an independent contractor with RWC and operates as a separate entity. While providing services through our practice, Annie retains full professional responsibility for clients and clinical work.
