Bryan Thomsen, LGSW

I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) with experience working with adults navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. My background includes several years supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness through person-centered, strengths-based care.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I draw from approaches including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, identify meaningful goals, and make sustainable changes.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply, I aim to create a space that balances reflection, insight, and actionable change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, motivation concerns, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals.
