Leigh Hartenberg, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 17 years of experience providing therapy to children and adults, supervising clinicians, and teaching future social workers. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person carries a unique story and that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely understood.
My current practice is with adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness and other health-related concerns, caregiver stress, workplace burnout, and significant life transitions. Whether you're facing an unexpected challenge or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to live, I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and begin building a life that reflects what matters most to you.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, values, and goals. I believe therapy should honor the whole person—not just the challenges that bring someone through the door, but also the resilience, wisdom, and strengths they already possess. Together, we'll build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and meaningful change.
It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they cultivate resilience and discover new possibilities for growth. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
Leigh is currently accepting new tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
