Matt Dehn, LPCC
We all experience unique problems in life that may become unmanageable for us at times and this can be a great opportunity to meet with someone who can help process those challenges. Whether it’s relationships, stress, difficult decisions, or one of life’s many transitions, I’d love to talk to you about what you’re experiencing. It can be difficult to form new relationships and meeting with a therapist can often feel intimidating, but this can also be an opportunity for us to make new changes. It would be an honor to partner with you on that journey!
I believe in creating a safe space for you to process difficult emotions and make small changes. In a therapeutic session, you will often catch me listening to the words that we use to tell our stories. I am interested in the ways that our thoughts shape our world while encouraging concrete, actionable changes. I believe that you are your most powerful storyteller and will support you in going at your own pace. By taking this step in retelling your story together, we may unearth your potential for unprecedented change.
I’m a psychotherapist and practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a variety of clinical conditions including: depression, anxiety & panic attacks, substance use, psychosis, Bipolar I/II Disorder, and posttraumatic stress. I am competent at providing care for these conditions while assessing the appropriate level of care to ensure you get the help you need!
