Michelle Pelzel, MA, LPCC, LADC
Michelle has a master’s degree in both education and counseling. Most of her 20+ year career has been spent supporting couples with their stressful lives and relationships. She specializes in individual, family, and couples therapy. Michelle has experience supporting her clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, addiction, relationship concerns, job-related stress, anger issues, and other life challenges.
Michelle works from a collaborative, strengths-based approach—assisting and empowering clients to learn, grow, and create a fulfilling, successful life. She provides a safe, straightforward, and healing environment. Faith-based support is available for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process, and Michelle respects and honors each individual’s unique faith journey. She is solution-focused and guides her clients to identify and pursue their healthy life goals.
Michelle is currently accepting new in person and tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
Michelle is an independent contractor with RWC and operates as a separate entity. While providing services through our practice, Michelle retains full professional responsibility for clients and clinical work.
