Soniya Hirachan, MD
Dr. Hirachan is a board-certified adult and forensic psychiatrist who provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, psychotic disorders, and ADHD. With experience across diverse clinical settings, Dr. Hirachan works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle-focused interventions.
In addition to clinical care, Dr. Hirachan conducts forensic psychiatric evaluations, including fitness-for-duty and return-to-work assessments, disability evaluations, and other medicolegal consultations. These evaluations are performed with objectivity, clarity, and a strong understanding of both psychiatric and occupational demands.
Dr. Hirachan believes in compassionate, holistic care that addresses the biological, psychological, and social aspects of mental health. Committed to reducing stigma and empowering patients, Dr. Hirachan strives to create a respectful, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.
Dr. Hirachan is currently accepting new in person and tele-health clients through Spring Health EAP at this time.
Dr. Hirachan is an independent contractor with RWC and operates as a separate entity. While providing services through our practice, Dr. Hirachan retains full professional responsibility for clients and clinical work.
