Surabhi Jagdish, LMFT
If you're someone who holds it all together on the outside while secretly struggling on the inside, you're not alone, and you don't have to keep doing it that way. Hi, I'm Surabhi, and I work with high-achieving adults, couples, and first- and second-generation individuals navigating the weight of expectations, identity, and the kind of stress that doesn't show up on a résumé.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, meaning I'm here to help you find the lasting relief you're looking for — not treat you like a checklist. I specialize in Brainspotting, a brain-body-based modality that helps process what talk therapy sometimes can't fully reach: those deeper layers of stress, trauma, and stuck patterns that keep showing up no matter how much insight you already have. I also work with couples navigating disconnection, communication breakdowns, and the relational weight of stress and cultural expectations.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting people who are moving through the world carrying multiple identities that sometimes send conflicting messages. My goal is to offer you support that's warm, direct, and sustainable, because when you're finally reaching out for help, you deserve more than someone who nods and smiles.
