Talia Singer, LICSW

I am a clinical therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples navigate grief, loss, and life transitions with compassion and authenticity. My work is grounded in the belief that healing often begins in connection — with ourselves and with those we love.

I specialize in grief counseling and couples therapy, drawing on extensive training as a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and in The Gottman Method. I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust after infidelity, and foster deeper emotional and physical intimacy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in understanding the unique experiences that shape each person’s story.

My background includes years of experience in hospice and palliative care, nonprofit organizations, and private practice — work that has profoundly influenced how I support clients through pain, growth, and transformation. Alongside traditional psychotherapy, I integrate yoga therapy and sound healing to nurture the mind-body connection, reduce anxiety, and foster resilience.

As the Owner and Clinical Director of Restorative Wellness Counseling (RWC), I lead our team of dedicated therapists committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. I feel honored to hold space for others as they move toward healing, connection, and fulfillment.
