Couples Counseling
Our team works with a diverse range of couples dealing with issues such as communication problems, infidelity, intimacy issues, life transitions and parenting.
Our approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe, supportive space where both partners can feel heard and validated. we utilize evidence-based techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help couples develop more effective communication, deepen their emotional connection, and learn new ways to navigate conflicts.
We work collaboratively with each couple to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. We believe that every couple has the potential to create a fulfilling and satisfying relationship, and we feel privileged to be able to support them on their journey.
