  • Private Pay

Clients who prefer not to use insurance or are ineligible for coverage are encouraged to discuss self-pay options with their clinician when scheduling. We are also able to provide a superbill upon request, which clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.

We’re happy to offer sliding scale options based on financial need and accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments.

  • Client Responsibility

While RWC will handle the submission of your sessions to the insurance company and work on your behalf to resolve any insurance-related issues, please note that you are responsible for any session costs that are not covered by your insurance in the event that all attempts to resolve the matter are unsuccessful.

Fees

Initial Intake Assessment: $250

If you choose to contact your insurance prior to your initial session, you may find the following questions helpful:

Is Talia Singer LICSW LLC (NPI 1215751904, Tax ID 92-1755058) within my network?

What is my deductible, and when does it reset?

How much will I need to pay out of pocket per session (contracted rate) until I reach my deductible?

Will I have a copay for each session?

Is there a limit on the number of sessions that my insurance will cover?

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
